Amazing !!!

I liked everything. First of all the staff was very kind, from the reception to the cleaners, and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were perfect. The rooms were enormous and the hotel also. The location was perfect cause the sea under the hotel is magical, full of corals and colourful fish. The food was excellent and the service also. Only good things I can say about this hotel, I enjoyed so much and I would visit again !!

It’s really nicely laid out and it’s really prettyespecially at night.

It’s very hard to get to the beach you have to walk down a cliff so you’re like hiking to get to the beach, therefore we didn’t go down to the beach

Exceptional

Everyone was super pro and friendly, especially guys from the food and housekeeping departments. Mustafa was always ready to help, he even helped me to fix the zipper on my pants! And his towel art was beyond all expectations. Food was on top level, I even found some vegan options for myself. I'm also thankful for the organization of the tour to Ras Mohamed Nature Reserve. The pool was warm and the animations were super fun!

Very good hotel

We had an amazing room with a very beautiful view, it was spacious and bright. The resort is beautiful and in a very good location. There’s a decent variety of food and special thanks goes to restaurant manager Mohammed for all his help and kindness. We had some issues with the first room we were given and manager Azazy helped us by changing it. Our cleaners were fantastic in both rooms too and did some beautiful bed art. There’s also a spa with some nice treatments and a good variety of drinks to choose from.

There’s no jetty to go to the coral reef and you have to swim over it, meaning you could hit corals by mistake, hurting yourself and also potentially killing them.

We would not have changed a thing.

What an excellent experience my wife and I had. We took an extended weekend to Sharm El Sheik and loved the area and all the excursions we took. Regarding the hotel … we could not fault it. The room was excellent overlooking the pool, the staff (from the cleaning team in the room to the guys behind the bar) were so attentive!! We could want for nothing more. The food was good, endless cocktails and drinks if/as required. In fact, we have been married 26yrs and lucky enough to have been on over 40 breaks abroad. We never go to the same place or hotel twice as why would you .. life is about different experiences. HOWEVER .. this is the first place that we agreed to come back again and replicate the experience. I’m not sure if at this point you are unsure if I loved it or not …. but words can’t describe how happy we were!! Well done guys!!

What could have been better??? OMG .. maybe a screw loose in the towel rail in the bathroom ... maybe they could have carried us to the pool from our room. Seriously, it was all good.

Everything was great! It was one of the best hotels/resorts I ever stayed at. Amazing beach for swimming and snorkeling. You can see such a beautiful variety of colorful fishes. If you are lucky, you can even see a manta ray a bit deep down inside

Will come back a third time!

Second time at Jaz Fanara; last time was during the COVID frenzy. Beach was a bit too crowded with tight spaces, but we spent most of the time snorkeling, so not much of an issue for us; dinner is OK, restaurant is too cold though; people, women in particular, were really cold; room is great and fit for purpose. Cleaning staff is always super available and kind; our room service guy Moustafa deserves mentioning as he did anything he could to solve any small issue we had. Thanks you Moustafa!

Wonderful

Architecture of the hotel, rooms, pool area, palm trees, well mantained garden, lush grass, choice of food and drinks, very kind and hardworking staff, helpful service, location on the cliff.

Unfortunatelly, the house coral reef has significantly deteriorated in the last years. The restaurant with the buffet is too small. Hard to get a table for four, eventhough the staff is trying really hard to clean and prepare tables, the atmosphere is hectic. Too loud music in the pool area at the time of the animation program. Very loud aircondition in the room. On the other hand, it overpowers the outside music, which is good.

Perfect clean resort in ideal location.

This resort is lovely, everything clean and relatively new. The private beach has the most incredible reef where you can snorkel and dive. Mohammed at pyramids dive shop was amazing helping me and my dad dive throughout the holiday. the food is great, lots of choice and three different places to eat. The location is also amazing, a five minute drive to the old market and mosque and this amazing shisha bar called farsha that you have to see.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this resort. the only thing to mention is the walk down to the beach which isn’t mentioned, aswell as some of the rooms being very far away from the main complex, could be hard for elderly or disabled.

Absolutely fantastic, We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay The reef was amazing, the food fantastic (I’m vegetarian) the room was fine The best thing about this wonderful place is it’s staff, there is literally nothing I can say that will praise the staff too highly, all of them - room staff ,lifeguards entertainment, catering, waiters, reception - every single one of them friendly smiley and helpful- very uplifting

I would imaging the beach could be a bit crammed in high season but it was fine during our stay

It was a peaceful and memorable vacation in a beautiful place with amazing nature and great service

I really liked the beautiful beach, the vibrant coral reef just a few steps from the shore, and the cozy villas that made the stay feel very comfortable and relaxing.

I didn’t notice any obvious disadvantages during my stay.
